  1. Q: How long does it take for you to send the designs after ordering?
    A: Usually order is sent automatically immediately after the payment. If you don't see your order in your mailbox, please contact us and we'll check the issue. Please indicate your email address and phone number. If you didn't get our answer during 12 hours, please let us know about problem - usually it means that your provider rejects or filters our emails.
     
  2. Q: I ordered designs a hour ago and didn't receive anything, how can I download my order?
    A: Usually order is sent automatically immediately after the payment. Please try to search the email with instructions in your Inbox, in your trash folder or in your spam folder. The email subject should be "4-Hobby.com - Machine Embroidery Designs: Your order #XXX has been processed".
    If you can't find this email, please do the following:
    • log in to your account (with your username and password)
    • go to orders history (click on Orders history link)
    • click search
    • find your last order and click on it
    • you'll see link to download near each item, so click on this link and follow instructions.


     
  3. Q: I didn't download this within 72hrs, how can I download it now?
    A: Please contact us and we will renew your order.
     
  4. Q: I want to order single design, is it possible?
    A: Please contact us - indicate set (link will be the best), single design name, your format and preferred payment method, we'll send you invoice. Usually single design price is $4.
     
  5. Q: Can you tell me how to download the design package I purchased?
    A: Download instructions are sent to you immediately after the payment. You will receive link to page on our site with link to your order. Just save the set on your hard disk, and unzip it using winzip software. All instructions are placed in *.jpg files - like <design name>-info.jpg - print appropriate instruction before embroidering or just open it on your monitor. Write designs onto your embroidery machine card - and you are ready to work.
     
  6. Q: Where do I download the winzip?
    A: You can download winzip software here.
     
  7. Q: I use format that is not listed. Could you please help me?
    A: Please contact us and we check the possibility to compile set in this format.
     
  8. Q: I've pointed wrong format and submitted the order. How can I change it?
    A: Please contact us (indicate the problem) and we will send your design in another format.
     
  9. Q: My hard disk was formatted and I lost all info, including designs I purchased here. How can I restore them?
    A: Please contact us and we will renew your order and you'll receive it again.
